Philipp Schröppel

I'm a machine learning engineer at Kanu and a PhD candidate at the University of Ulm. My research focuses on AI transparency and human-AI interaction, exploring how we can make AI systems more interpretable and accountable to the people who use and build them. I studied mathematics and statistics at the University of Ulm and the University of Waterloo. Before joining Kanu, I worked with startups on diverse AI challenges, including infrastructure, observability and user interfaces. I'm based in southern Germany and available for select consulting projects and speaking engagements.
